Major Update CatNappers v1.2

Gameplay Changes:

• Added pause menu
  • The game can now be paused while mid-game
• Reduced player dash from 1.5s to 1s

Non-Gameplay Changes:

• Inky cats now start with a %50 chance of being flipped
• Added text to end screen if previous level was the tutorial
• Added game version number to main menu
• Added D-Pad alternative input for movement and UI navigation
• Gamepad button west is now an alternative submit button for 
• Gamepad's light colour now changes during lobby character switch
• Made end screen's text input box outline orange
• End screen's on-screen keyboard now changes to indicate when shift or caps-lock is enabled
• Increased gamepad joystick dead zone minimum

Fixes:

• Fixed issue where incorrect number of players would spawn on game start
• Fixed eepy cat being attracted to catnip while tired
• Fixed issue if player held interact button while carrying an item
• Fixed issue where player could still have eepy cat carry animation after dropping the cat
• Fixed end screen's player rank being sometimes incorrect
